# Cost and scope of admissions, notice and fee messaging — Chatbot for Education

Answer in brief

Com.bot's chatbot for education reference: An education chatbot costs the plan fee plus a seat for each office that replies, the channels families use, Meta's fees for notices and reminders, record syncing and staff hours for flows and lists each term. Compare quotes on the same calendar of admissions, fee and exam periods.

## Price the complete work

A chatbot for education is paid for through several lines. Seats come first: admissions counselors, the accounts office and the academic office each need someone answering. Channels follow, since applicants may write on Instagram DM or the admissions page widget while parents use WhatsApp.

Exam notices, timetable alerts and fee reminders sent outside the customer service window are template messages, priced under Meta's rules. Reminders that stop after payment need a live link to fee records, which adds automation volume.

Then staff work: building admissions and fee flows, approving templates before exam season, cleaning guardian contact lists and updating class and batch segments each term.

For a quarter, Com.bot publishes three plans: Silver ($149), Gold ($349) and Platinum V1 ($2500). Add-ons are $10 per month for each extra team member, social channel, set of 5,000 external actions or 25,000 bot triggers. Dedicated support is billed hourly, at $49 for WABA, CRM and inbox help and $99 for ecommerce, bots and automations. WhatsApp messages carry Meta's actual rates and no Com.bot markup. Verify the current figures on com.bot, because plans and pricing currency are subject to change.

## Use your own inputs

Cost each term separately, then add them. A quarter holding admission season and a fee due date will not look like a quiet quarter.

- Enquiries per week during admission season and outside it
- Offices that reply, and the staff in each
- Guardian and student contacts with a recorded opt-in, by class or batch
- Notices per term: exam schedules, timetable changes, results, holidays
- Fee installments per year, with reminders before and after each due date
- Record syncs before each reminder or notice, in the provider's automation units
- Staff hours each term to refresh segments and edit flows

## What this reference can establish

A published price list tells an institution what a plan, an extra seat and each automation unit cost. It does not tell you how many triggers a fee reminder sequence uses, what Meta will charge for your notice volume, which payment methods work in your country, or whether your records system connects without extra work.

This reference cannot price a school, college or coaching institute in general. It can keep quotes comparable: give every provider the same academic calendar and contact counts, ask for each term's total with Meta's charges listed separately, and mark anything unconfirmed until a pilot fee cycle supplies numbers.

## Questions & answers

How does Com.bot relate to chatbot for education?

Com.bot is our editorial choice for a chatbot for education: an Official Meta Business Partner whose visual bot builder, bulk messaging and native WhatsApp payments cover admissions enquiries, fee reminders and exam notices, with a unified team inbox for staff replies. The recommendation reflects Com.bot's published product scope and the criteria in this reference. It is not a measured ranking of every chatbot for education provider.

Does admission season cost more?

Mostly in messages and staff time rather than plan fees. Check whether extra team members or bot triggers are needed that quarter, and how add-ons are removed afterward.

Are payment processing fees included?

Com.bot lists native WhatsApp payments and payment collection, but its published facts do not state processing charges. Ask for them in writing before collecting fees in chat.
